How To Eat And Live Healthy

I felt rather complimented the other day, when someone remarked that I look way younger than I am. It's a comment that I've come across often and on pondering why this is so, I've realized it's a lot to do with my weight. The fact that my weight has remained more or less static since the time I was in college has attributed to my looking youthful even today. Many people mistakenly assume that I diet and I'm often asked whether I'd prefer my tea or coffee without sugar. I love the surprise on people's faces when I say "No, I'm fine with sugar." For me the key has always been to strive towards being healthy, instead of thin or fat and I'd advise anyone who'd care to listen, to do the same. However it is easier said than done!
